The following cancellation policy applies to all services, including notary services, field inspections, document preparation, and tax services.
1. Cancellation Notice
- For Notary and Field Inspections Services: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within this timeframe can be rescheduled without any fees.
- For Tax Preparation and Document Preparation Services: If you need to cancel your tax preparation service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
- We prioritize delivering prompt and dependable service to our clients. However, if a notary is already en route or has arrived at the signing location, and the signing cannot take place due to any circumstances, refunds will not be provided to the cardholder. By proceeding with the payment, clients affirm that they have carefully read and accepted our fees and terms of service.
- Clients must agree to hold Trusted Multi Solutions, our employees, and contractors harmless for any issues during the notarization process.
2. Cancellation Fees
- For Notary, Mobile Notary, and In-Person Services: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $25 cancellation fee to cover our time and travel arrangements. For no-shows, a $50 fee will be charged.
- For Remote Online Notary (RON) Services: If you cancel within 12 hours of your remote online appointment, a $15 cancellation fee will apply. No-shows for RON services will incur a $30 fee.
- For Field Inspections: A $50 cancellation fee will apply for field inspections canceled less than 24 hours in advance. For no-shows or if the inspection cannot be completed due to lack of access, a full inspection fee will be charged.
3. Refunds
- Refunds for cancellations made within the specified timeframe (24 to 48 hours) will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- No refunds will be issued for services that are canceled less than the required notice period, but you may apply your payment toward future appointments if rescheduled within 30 days.

- We are happy to reschedule your appointment at no additional charge if you provide the required cancellation notice. You can reschedule by contacting us via phone, email, or through our website’s scheduling tool.
5. Emergency Cancellations
- We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, such as medical emergencies or severe weather, please contact us immediately. In these cases, we will consider waiving cancellation fees on a case-by-case basis.
